Calabash: A very prolific Lagenaria variety, relatively uniform in shape.  The seed bearing portion is 5 inches in diameter.  The graceful neck tapers towards the stem attachment, together they measure 14 inches long.  Can be used for dippers or bird houses, or crafted into penguins or other creatures.
