| Fruit 17 inches by 10 inches, weight 12 pounds. Bulbous blossom end with medium-long curving neck. Rind is cream white with irregular green striped running longitudinally. Flesh is pale yellow, coarse and fibrous, thick and moist. Flesh is solid in stem end and thin in bulbous end. Used for pies and baking as well as for stock feed. | |
