Many think this is the finest quality winter squash.  It is very versatile and widely adapted.  The length ranges from 8 to 10 inches and the weight averages 3 pounds.  Generally cylindrical with a widened but very small seed cavity.  Rind is tough, light tan or buff in color.  Flesh is extremely fine, sweet, and light yellow.   Matures in 95 days.
